Different prices than the ones from Shop Manager

So I listed 20 items and in the listing section from Shop manager I have the correct prices but  when I am reviewing my store as a customer and click on a random item, the price is higher and it seems that this problem is on every item that I have listed. I do POD and I triple checked the currency from Printify, the currency from Etsy and on both I have the US dollar, only that my withdrawal card is in EURO, however I do not think that my withdrawal card which is in EURO is affecting the prices that I have on my items. Any help? I do not know what to do anymore.

Check your viewing currency.

I do hope that I am looking at in the right section, but my shop listing currency is in USD

You are viewing from an EU country, items which ship from outside the EU.

Its adding VAT.

So am I the only one seeing this thing or also the customers are seeing the changes?

Any customer in the EU or UK viewing your items will see VAT added, as Etsy is required to do by EU and UK law when the goods ship from outside the EU/UK.
