Design award submission form jumps to new, empty form when I hit NEXT.

Submissions are still being accepted... only not from me. Everything is filled out correctly. I try again to click NEXT. A blank new form comes up.

I go back to previous page. Info has dropped off. I redo it and try again.

and again.

An hour later and I guess I won't be entering this year. Bummer.
