Design Awards Application

I was invited by Etsy to apply for the Design Awards. I filled out the application completely and hit Submit, but the website then loaded the same application page, all blanked out. Does this mean the application was submit, or lost? Do I need to start over?

When it's submitted it will bring you to a page that says it's submitted and done. You'll know it's submitted, if you have doubts I'd redo it just in case. Mine did not bring me back to the beginning when done...

I should add, you'll receive a confirmation email from Etsy so it will be confirmed and you'll know.
