Message Issues...Photos rotating, Delete issues, Can't Ctrl Z/Y, Help Messages

Hi,

1st- Photos being sent in messages if saved one way on a computer are auto-rotating to the way the picture was originally taken. This is problematic when explaining "Vertical" verses "Horizontal" to a customer. Lid slides up or Lid slides to the side and now the photo rotates and both photos now slide up...

2nd- Is the cursor issue ever going to be fixed. I click "delete" and it takes me to the bottom of the text. I'm sorry, but I do need to edit my text prior to sending a message because well, I need to and I guess everyone at Etsy does too. So, either start creating the problem yourself and see how frustrating it is on a daily basis or fix the issue. It has been well over 3 months. 

3rd- I can't delete something in a message and try to get it back. WHAT? No Ctrl Z undo anymore and Ctrl Y!? We learned about these in typing class back in the 80s/90s and need them. Don't try to reinvent this wheel. Fix it please we want a round not square wheel...don't take us back to typewriters and white out!

4th- Help messages do need to link to orders on the "Order Page". These are urgent messages needing attention. We work on orders and shouldn't have to search on the message page each time prior to starting an order and prior to shipping it to double check no additional change were requested even if we don't accept changes. MAKE THE ORANGE DOT APPEAR FOR ANY MESSAGE COMING IN FROM THAT CUSTOMER. You unlinked them for star seller response rates and responding to all new messages...you don't know how to get them linked and get responses to both within 24hrs. Figure out the programming.

Don't hold your breath waiting for a reply from Etsy... probably won't happen. And if it does, it will be a reminder to read your Seller's Handbook, erase your cookies, or something else equally irrelevant. For now, I'd recommend keeping your phone (or camera) in the orientation you need so you don't have to rotate the photos. Yes, it's annoying. Yes, Etsy should address the issue and stop messing with stuff that works to create some new feature no one asked for. But at least this will help you now and cause less confusion for your clients.

For the cursor and editing issue, I started typing my replies in Pages (or Word, or Notebook, depending on your platform) and then copy/paste it into the Etsy messaging window. It sounds like a lot of work, but it saves me so much time & frustration since I like to fiddle with my reply several times before sending it. And that cursor bouncing to the bottom with EVERY SINGLE EDIT drives me insane. So, it's worth it for me.
