Description of item when sold

When I received an order I would click on the photo and then see item details and I could see the full description which included the box number where I could find the item.  I have over 165 boxes with my medallions.  Etsy has now changed the format and I cannot see the full description of the item sold so I cannot find the item quickly.  Apparently, the description is only now viewable once the buyer leaves a review. The buyer can't leave a review if they have not received the item.

Apart from going through my thousands of listings and adding the reference number to the title does anyone know where I could find the full description of the item once sold?

I have 110 pages of items listed and it is going to take hours to input the references in the titles.  I have put my shop on holiday in the meantime as I have had to cancel sales until i can relove this problem.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Did you see there is a new test format where the description is all the way at the bottom of the page now? Instead of to the right, it's now down below the reviews. 

I still see descriptions in any sold item, they are just in a very different spot. Guessing that may be your problem.

Go into the order.  Click on the title.  Go to item details.  The information is there.

Yes. This is where they normally are but they are no longer showing when I go that route. Etsy support told me yesterday that they have been moved to the review section but the buyer cannot review until he/she has received the item. I can't post it if I don't know where to find it in my thousands of listings.

@CherishedDevotions   I don't understand why you are unable to view your own sold items.  They are viewable in your shop, even though you are on Vaca mode now.

I can click on your sales number and see the list.  This is the most recent, and clicking on the "see item details" I can view the listing page -
