Description doesn't change when I edit it

I wanted to change the description of a listing but when I click to save it, and go see on my Etsy shop, the description doesn't change, how can I fix this ?

Use a browser and not the app.

Be sure to refresh your browser, so you're not looking at a cached page. Sometimes changes take a little while to actually show up. Wait a few minutes or so and check again.

I just edited a listing and had no problem. Windows 10 and chrome.

When I go and see my listing on the Etsy Seller app (as if I tried to edit it) the new description appeared. But when I go on my page as a client, I don't see anything

@MetaCuriosity: Try using a browser instead of the app - even using a mobile browser seems to provide a better experience than the app.

I tried it in Edge, Opera and Brave browser, it doesn't work in any. I use the "new" listing for a new listing

I'm using Chrome and can't edit any listings. The page just goes blank. I've rebooted and still having problems.

Hi, same problem here, the support suggested to log in and log out, to change for the old version of listings, but still nothing works! Even after publications my descriptions won't change. I using browser, tried to using app too. I tried Chrome and Edge and nothing works. Any more ideas? Please.

Hey ! I found the solution. Try to visit your Etsy shop through a private browser. When I did this, I could actually see my new description !

Same problem, had to deactivate my listing. I had the same problem re an older listing and today I note that my account said there was a 'saved but unpublished change'. So the issue is that the 'publish' feature isn't working as it should.

I noticed that any time I edit my listing directly from the listing page I encountered this same problem, but when I edit the item from the shop manager / listings page it updates fine...
