Delivery time

It show me 94% of delivery time this month. But i was very ok. On time. 1-3 business days. 

Please let me know what was wrong.

You need to look at the orders CSV under star seller to see the orders that etsy believe were not sent on time/no tracking.

@PeaceElements: Presumably you mean your Star Seller shipping time? If that is the case, you need to check the applicable CSV file on your Star Seller page to see what Etsy thinks is late or otherwise has something wrong with it. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.
