Delivery ratings showing zero deliveries in digital files shop

 Have a shop selling digital files and wanted to get evaluated to become star seller but noticed that delivery ratings shows zero (telling:In the current review period, you’ve completed 0% of orders on time)...which is nonsense as digital files are sent out automatically within seconds. Not possible to get any response from Etsy  help chat to fix it either. Any advice getting this bug fixed?

Do you have any items in your shop that are not digital downloads or might have accidentally got marked as a physical item?

Yes, I do, but I haven't sold any physical items very long time. Have sold only Digital.

@CrowstoneDesign: Perhaps Etsy has changed how they are displaying stats.  If your stats are showing --% (nothing to calculate for a 100% digital shop) then you are okay, if it is 0% then you need to check the applicable CSV file to make sure that Etsy does not think that something shipped late or without verifiable tracking.

Thank you so much for the replies! Indeed the --% sign with the corresponding text created the con fusion. Despite showing --% Etsy granted my store star seller badge!

@CrowstoneDesign: Having no items to ship or no new incoming Message threads does not disqualify a shop from Star Seller, just from the respective badge.
