Delivery & Policies not showing up on my shop listings ?

Hi 

can anyone help please 

in the shop settings I have set up delivery profiles and seller information but as a buyer when you go into my listings the delivery and policies section is just showing this weird sentence

No delivery information or correctly showing seller details, even though they are all there when i check on my seller profile manage shop section 

Any ideas what I’m doing wrong ?

I'm not seeing what you are. Your shipping profiles look correct.

I see your policies (7 days to contact, 14 days to return) but I don't think they meet your country's regulations. Another seller from UK can probably clarify that.

@PiecesOfMePaperCraft  Yes, you’re correct, 14 to contact, 28 to return, are the legal requirements, @ArtMysticDesign you also need a privacy policy for GDPR regulations - Etsy provide a template.

The Marilyn Monroe pieces are fantastic work but could get you a lot of bother over intellectual property matters, most stars, or their estates, have rights over use of the name and likeness, be careful with that one it could be classed as counterfeit!

Do you have a license to use Marilynn Monroe's name and likeness.  The estate that owns is heavily protective.

I see your shop policies but they need to be UK compliant.

I had no idea with her because Etsy has hundreds of them

I make sure I don’t do all the usual suspects such as Disney etc but i didn’t realise on people because you can search any Person on here and there are portraits of them

Yeh I don’t understand it ?

Its there in the shop 
but if you go onto an item in the shop and click on the section then its all that nonsense that comes up

@ArtMysticDesign - Your Teddy Krueger listings could also cause you some problems. Maybe read thru this:

Also, while I'm probably one of the least savvy tech people out there, I find some of your listings confusing. The Ram Skull (& others) say it's Digital Art, Digital File only, but you have "quantity" as an option.

It appears your settings are correct - I'm in the US & can only see that you do not ship physical items to the USA (which is understandable).
