Been away for many years and tried coming back on here to sell. Shows my account is temporarily suspended. I owed no balance. I tried setting up the etsy payment set up and nothing is deposited in my bank or text like it says I will get notified. I have spent over an hour trying to find help and resolve what is needed and now at a point that trying to sell on etsy is pointless. Any platform that really offers no real help or support should be shut down. Now all I want to do is permanently delete my account and all the CC information. just not work the bs.
If you wish to close your Etsy account and your shop, the help center has instructions for you. There are two different options, one for sellers and one for buyers. Options are different depending on the device you are using.
