Deleted listings after hacking!

Hi! It has been almost three days after my account got hacked and the hacker deleted all my listings and put my unfulfilled orders as completed.. also they created a new listing with a nude woman.no other info was changed for my luck because i saw it within a few minutes.i have been trying to contact with support but all the emails that i got was automated with a few security questions that i have answered..this is so frustrating because nobody gives me any update! THIS IS MY ONLY INCOME so please someone help me to reinstate my listings..i don't know what else to do..

If you have complete control of your account again and changed your password & set up 2FA, I would start relisting as this could take a while and not even sure if they can get deleted listings back for you.

I have never seen etsy do this before.

an odd one maybe, but not everything, you may be lucky, and etsy will do it, but it won't be at the top of their list.

What sellers have done before, when etsy did not restore their listings, is googled the cached versions of their listings, and use that info to create new ones.
Also, if you have downloaded files from your listings, you can use that too.

When you log a call through e-mail, just reply to that call, do not create new ones, or the calls opened will be closed, and the new ones go to the bottom of the pile.

If you haven't downloaded your listings, I would start the cache/googling route and get a lot of the info now, so if etsy doesn't restore them, you have a lot of info ready to go .... give yourself a timeline that you can wait for etsy, and when that's done, just start it yourself.

This is understandable but support is not one of their finer points as you well know so you have to decide how long are you going to wait before getting your shop back open, this is down to you not Etsy.

I have seen sellers on the forum who are still waiting for answers 2 months after they have been hacked and they have no access to their shop, you are lucky that you have so you need to decide do I start today rebuilding or wait for help that may never come.

And if by chance they do ever get back to you and by some miracle can reinstate those listings, you have lost nothing as you just remove the new ones you made but at least your shop will be open

you are saying the sad truth.. when something like this happens to you, you realize how bad is the support to such serious situations!

Yes because i re upload one by one all my listings because etsy hasn't done anything the past three days! and i have to pay again for all my re upload listings!

Not that I fell on the floor with surprise but it is wonderful to see your shop back up and running.

You learn very quickly that the only person that you can rely on is yourself, so that means trying to figure out how to fix things yourself even though you are paying a marketplace for that service.

I doubt you will hear anything. I am glad you have your shop back. 

Getting hacked is serious and for whatever reason,Etsy has decided that it's alright for people to wait days/weeks to get support for that.

@Dizzyhazel  , That sucks that you have to repay for your listings. Etsy should reimburse you for that but don't hold your breath. Can you claim it on your taxes and go that route?

thank you so much for all your support but it is sad that my shop hasn't got the previous traffic and sales because all my listings are new..maybe i got pushed down because of this. this sucks.. not only i got hacked, paid again for all my listings and still ETSY hasn't done anything..(in fact etsy actually deleted my bank account yesterday when i had to upload all the listings by myself because they thought that i was the hacker)..so i had to put a new bank account because they wouldn't send my money at the end of the month)..
