Declined sale refunded,( I received the email confirming the full refund) but still showing as active SALE needing to be shipped.
Anyone else experience this and know how to fix it?

There in NO option to cancel listed when I click those dots. I chatted with support via the message box and sent screen captures showing that there IS NO Cancel option. They had no idea why that was or how to fix it.
You need to cancel as well. Go to your orders, there are 3 little dots just below the message envelope. Click on that and there should be a link to click to cancel the order.
There is no CANCEL option listed. Only “mark as gift” and
“Print receipt”
