I had a listing for a vintage mesh belt that had been listed for some time and finally had a buyer. I marked it as reserved and suddenly it was deactivated and she is ready to make the purchase.
I am unable to find a link for support. Can someone please help?
If you activate Custom Orders you can make her a listing from the convo and send it to her that way.
All this deactivating is really out of control. bots on steroids.
Do you mean the tab that says "customer order request" under convos?
Do you have that? You don't have Request Custom Order on your store front. If you do there will be a link to make a custom order. I don't know if it's on the top of bottom now. Everything changes.
If you don't have it it's under Settings - Options - 2nd link down.
