Esty would allow you to sell the same items for years snd when your store starts to make a little money they deactivate your listens. This is unfair practice
Do your items adhere to the rules of Etsy?
Did YOU handmake the items, or are you simply reselling items made by people in developing nations?
I see many of your items on wholesale sites like Aliexpress.
If you are breaking Etsy's rules your items SHOULD be removed (no matter how long you've gotten away with it).

FYI, if you relist items Etsy has taken down, your shop won't be here that much longer.

Whilst you can use another company to produce your items, the actual designing of the item must be done by you and your Production Partner must make the items for you and you alone.
I would also worry about listings using words like Healing.

Do you have permission to use Keira knightly likeness to promote your products? Did you make the necklace this celebrity is wearing?

It's unfair practice to infringe on the rights of others, to claim you have made things you didn't and to complain about things not going your way when your items shouldn't be sold here. Some of your products are available from hundreds of other sources.
Have you read the handmade policy? You say you collect items from all over the world to sell. Unless these are vintage items, you can sell handmade items only if you or a member of your shop is the designer.
The section for PODS is for companies that assist you in making your designs.
If you are truly designing these items then the about page is the best place to show this. If others are designing they need to be members of your shop.
If the items Etsy took down are designed by you then contact Etsy and ask them to reconsider giving them information that you are designer. Photos of you designing and making would help perhaps.
