It's been a month since Etsy deactivated my top sellers. The email contained no details. There were no copyright issues. Just a system glitch I was told by one support person. I have called at least 5 times, cases have been marked urgent. The cases in my help portal are closed with no responses form Etsy. I have never received an email or call form a higher level tech support.  I am unable to list items without them being automatically deactivated. I also cannot modify listings without them automatically being deactivated. Anyone else having this issue? This is a really bad time of the year for technical issues.

I just had 95% of my listings deactivated. Were they able to resolve your issue? And, did you ever find out why that happened?

@StudioAtPennyLane  The word amber to describe the color of your glasswork could be triggering the bots.   Perhaps omit that word from your listings - try saffron

Oh, wow! I hope I don't have to go back to all 367 listings to scrub out words like that. Thanks so much for sharing your feedback! Hope you've been fully restored!

I am also having this issue. I have emailed Etsy numerous times and when I finally get a reply it’s the same generic email that has nothing to do with what I’m talking about. So I sent them screenshots thinking that if they can’t read or don’t want to take the time then maybe they would look at the pretty pictures. Get no reply. So I just googled Etsy customer service to see if there was a different phone number in fact there are several but don’t call them because they are scams. An Indian man will answer and tell you that you need to go to a store and buy an Etsy gift card and read them off the 16 digits two reactivate your account. I told them that my account is in good standing and it is active. They don’t even ask the shop name, nothing!! Etsy is no help to me whatsoever and they are not even refunding the deactivated listings so I am like you, I can’t list new items and I can’t even go in and modify with no pictures, nothing! They are quickly going down the tube if they’re not already circling the drain. They say they’re here 24 seven for us. They’re not here at all they’re just collecting our listing money since they raise the rates they’re enjoying that benefit as well. Looking to leave but I can’t find any place to upload my listings to because Etsy won’t release those

Is it about your "Tiffany & Co." bags?

You can't sell knock offs, and Tiffany itself doesn't allow for the resale of their branded items without permission.  Anyone can report those listings and have them removed by Etsy.
