Hello all. I'm new in ETSY. I've encountered with my dashboard's order count display, which seems to be affecting my shop's conversion rates. Currently, my dashboard is displaying conflicting order counts. Initially, it indicated 4 order (it ia true), but a few hours ago it suddenly showed only 1 order, Altough I can see all orders in payment account. However, when I delve deeper by selecting different time frames such as '7 days' or 'yesterday,' the order counts vary. For instance, the '7 days' view displays only one order, while the 'yesterday' view indicates three orders. But these 3 orders doesn't shown my general dasboard, also my conversion rates decreased from 5.6 to 1.6.
