No orders in progress, only 2 open.
Am I missing an order?
It may still be processing and hasn't cleared yet.
If it hasn't cleared processing, it shouldn't be showing as a "sale", should it?
Or, if it shows as a "sale" there should be some notice from Etsy that the payment is still processing so is not paid for yet, and to not ship until the order shows as PAiD.
Did you buy something on etsy recently? They have chosen to remind us to leave a review by placing the numbered orange dot where our orders go. Wish they'd stop using that notification spot for anything besides orders and messages.

IS THERE A TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANYWHERE?
I tried "Liking" a post in this Thread a moment ago. Was going to respond to your question re: "Is there Technical Support." Received red banner, "Site can't be accessed." Along with a couple other pop ups from my IP & browser (always same desktop computer, Chrome, Windows 10).
Don't know what the devil happened on my end (Shop on Vacation, but getting oddities over here re: Sign In/Captcha on the same bloody device). Don't know if in YOUR case, the site may have gone down. (I cleared cookies and am in with NO Captcha (won't hold breath).

- Choose option which best describes your problem. If you get no Help Options select "I still need help".
- Email, Chat, Phone options will appear (but not all the time, or not all of them at any given time). *If you email and Etsy does NOT give you a helpful answer, respond to that email (don't start a new one).
(I've not contacted them in a while; but have seen what others have posted). Also, there has been a lot of live testing/tinkering behind the scenes, glitches, etc. Older browsers are not supported by Etsy as well. And the app (which I've never used), can be glitchy. Sometimes uninstalling/re-installing helps.
Finally, as @ZhennelandTreasures stated, I believed the same (an order should NOT be shown as a Sale unless it clears processing). Although I have seen Threads where Orders HAVE cleared processing, then Etsy Refunds/Cancels the Order (oftentimes after the Seller has shipped). So I really don't know what is going on in your specific case. But I hope this is helpful and your problem is resolved soon.
