I logged onto Etsy this morning, there were no numbers next to sales or messages on my dashboard. When I clicked on messages I had a new one sitting there and when I clicked on sales I had a new sale. What's going on?
Are you using a browser or the app?
I'm on my laptop, not using an app. I had this happen a few days ago and just brushed it off but then it happened again today.
Do they really not want answers? Why post if you aren't going to follow up with details or further information?
