Dashboard lists 3 orders for yesterday. I only can find 2!

My dashboard for yesterday lists 3 orders. When I go to stats, I also see 3 orders. However, when I go to orders, there are only 2 listed! What happened to the third one? I'm seeing this on both the Etsy app and my computer. Anyone else having this problem?

look in your completed orders? Is there one marked cancelled?... possibly due to payment processing issues?

Yes, many people are having this issue with phantom orders. I had four yesterday, all around noon. The items are still in sold out as of today with no corresponding order. 

It's very difficult to do business like this. I have over $700 "sold out" with no orders. It's unacceptable.

cela m'est déjà arrivé à plusieurs reprises. Tant que le paiement n'est pas confirmé la commande n'apparait pas. Vérifier si il y'a écrit "paiement en attente de traitement" ou tout simplement que la commande a été annulée.

I saw some posts on Reddit this morning with this issue, don't believe I've seen any solution. 

I had one order show up yesterday that is not paid. Customer messaged me that the site crashed when she was checking out, and the product showed as sold out, but is not finalized on my end. It doesn't seem that this is the same as what's happening to you, but the most I can gather is most of these problems occurred between 12-2 yesterday afternoon, and may or may not be related. 

So I have no solution for you, but can verify you're not the only one seeing this.

Lots of people with exactly the same problem… myself included - there’s a couple of threads already on here if you look through the pages - I had to get on to chat with them and technical support are going to get back to me there’s obviously been some sort of glitch judging by the amount of people with the same problem xxx
