I've reset my modem, I've tried three different browsers, I've deleted cookies. For the last several days I've had several minutes added to the load time of the dashboard and listing pages. With listing pages, I can see the orange bar at the top fill to the 60 percent mark and then "hang". What is going on what can I do? The rest of etsy is unaffected. This only happens with the dashboard and listing pages.
Depends on your device and how old it is.
The device is brand new, months old, specifically an art machine. The same thing happens on mobile, with the same portions of the site, the dashboard, and individual listings. I've cleared cookies several times, tried several browsers, and reset the modem. I just had a listing page time out, preventing me from accessing it at all. The overall listings page loads normally, each individual listing gets hung loading halfway, same with the dashboard page, but not other components like stats.
I have a brand new Mac mini, my modem was reset, wifi up to speed, my cache and cookies cleared, have used several browsers and Etsy loads slowly for me too. It's worse in the evenings for some reason. All of the other websites that I use load normally.
It's not just you. I don't believe at this point it's machine related.
@TheMuseumBackroom: All this sounds like server issues since the pages you have are having issues with are generally served live rather than cached. If everyone is not experiencing this, it might just be the server that services you.
Is there any way I can confirm this, or anyone I can notify that can help, or anything I can do on my end?
