Customers unable to checkout

I am having loads of messages from my customers that they are unable to checkout. Please could someone look into this? This is the busiest time of the year and Etsy isn't working

If they are trying to use the app, advise them to try on a browser instead. You can also send your customers the link to Etsy Support so they can report the issue.
