Customers unable to access shop via shop link

This is an ongoing problem that occurs intermittently and is costing me sales. Potential customers ask for my shop link, I give it to them, and they tell me it does not connect them to my shop. This happened again today. I have tried the etsy help support, but none of the options pertain to my issue, and there is no direct way to contact them about it. What good is having my shop on etsy if customers cannot get into it to shop? Anyone else have this problem?

What link are you giving them? Where does the link go when they click it?

I give them https://www.ammysartistry.etsy.com     

It goes to a page that tell them there is an error

that says the link is not private, and my browser blocks it

you need the 

etsy.com/shop link

Get rid of the www as @GalleryAntiques suggested. When I use your link it gives me warning that the connection is not private

if I remove the www and just go to ammysartistry.etsy.com I don't get the warning page and it goes straight to your shop.

your shop name replaces that part.

I have several web domains that are forwarded to my Etsy shop which today I discovered were not working. I had to go into my GoDaddy account and update the domain forwarding address to https://www.etsy.com/shop/AlexiBlackwellBridal and then it worked. My old link I had used for my forwarding, and it no longer works. Check your domain forwarding people!
