Customers not being able to complete purchase

Hello Etsy community,

For the past 30 to 40 days, my shop had been averaging 4 to 5 sales per day with a conversion rate of 7 to 10%. However, in the last few days, sales have completely stopped. What caught my attention is that two customers messaged me asking for help, as they were unable to complete their purchases.

This makes me believe there might be a bug in my shop, or perhaps my shop has been restricted for some reason?

I’m relatively new to Etsy. Has anyone experienced something similar?

I don’t know if it’s related, but I’ve been unable to access items in my shopping cart for two days now.  I’ve also seen other threads of a similar nature.

Hello! This happened to me last week and I opened up a thread to see if anyone else had the problem. My customer even had it confirmed with her bank that the problem was Etsy side. I finally got through to Etsy on the quick chat. They said they couldn’t find a problem. The customer tried again later that day and it went through and other orders came through at the same time. I am convinced there must have been some bug in the system! It’s been working firm since I spoke to Etsy ?!

I just got a message from my customer about 3 minutes ago saying the same. It is giving an error saying there is something wrong with the URL...    ETSY PLEASE LOOK AT THIS... we are already slow and those who do want to buy need to be able to complete their purchase!

Exactly the same error both customers mentioned: "something went wrong." I’ll report this to Etsy, and hopefully, if there is something wrong with my shop, they’ll be able to resolve it.
