Customers name is showing as null on reviews

Hi all of my customer reviews are showing under the name null. Is this a glitch? Also I have a customer that left me five stars and a lovely written review and Etsy is only show as giving me 3 stars. I also have received a few orders but never received notification leading to a missed shipping date. I am super frustrated with this new app and can’t find anyone to actually speak to. Is anyone else experiencing any of these issues?

I don't see that in your reviews (null) on a PC. Must be a browser, cache, or ISP issue, unless it's the app.

I went back 5 pages and didn't see a 3 star review. It's possible the buyer's device registered the wrong number of stars. That happens a lot. You can check with them. They can update it if you didn't reply. It's much less likely that Etsy is displaying the wrong number of stars.

Yes, not the stars issue but the "null" names are clearly an app glitch as everything is clear on my browser. There are so many issues with the app that I only use it for replying to messages and to see notifications.

@TheFlyingKeys: If you are using the app, double check via a browser, even your mobile browser should be a more pleasant experience.

I just noticed it on my Seller App today. Its weird but its probably just a glitch or error

Just had the same problem.  I've been using my iphone.
