I make and sell digital downloads (invitations, party supplies, posters etc...) I make them in Canva, create a template link, then attach the links to a page that I download as a pdf standard, and that is the file that I upload to my Etsy listing. I have triple-checked all the links (by downloading the file from my Etsy ad) and they are working fine. But customers are saying the links won't open. Is it because of the app or device they are using, or perhaps their security settings? Does anybody else have this problem and what do you do about it?
