Bank Verification problem - small test deposit not received

Hello! anyone selling from the Philippines? I have a concern of the small test deposit from Etsy and its been months that I go back and forth to my bank to check Etsy's payment. My bank says they did not received any small deposit from either “Etsy," "Adyen," "WorldPay," "Envoy," or "Stichting Custodia(n)." and if in case they will receive it, bank protocol is to call the me before they will return it. I already filed a ticket from Etsy and they said its forwarded to their maintenance but months had passed, still I did not receive any resolution. If anyone experience this kind of concern, please advice how did you resolve it. Appreciate your help. Thank you.

Thank you for your comment. I actually contacted support and was able to talk with customer service twice already but both said its already been forward to their maintenance. It's been 2 months, I haven't receive an update from them.  I commented on my ticket several times already and none from Etsy had responded on my messages. 

If someone experience the same concern, please share how you resolved it. Thank you and praying I will be able to get all my payment soon.

When contacting Etsy support, don't open a new ticket each time.  Just reply to the original one stating that you still need help.

other sellers have reported problems with financial and tax ID verifications for months and that it has been expedited to tech without much results, wonder how big the problem actual is? as there seems to be no quick fix

@CryzalisDesigns , true...Actually my concern started the moment I open my shop sometime Sept. 2022. I wonder why they did not suspend my shop the moment they were not able to made a small deposit. Until now, I kept having sales but no payment given to me. And this is no joke, since I should have been paid almost $4000 (though small amount) but still it's my money. And yes they said its already been submitted to tech, but I really wonder it took them 4 months to resolve it. I don't even know how serious this concern is since nobody form ETSY ever reach me after I raise my ticket. 

The reason why I ask if somebody sell from Philippines so that I can benchmark on how they were able to verified their bank because I had submitted already my bank statement and all the necessary docs but still payment has not been deposited to my account. I also use the same ticket  number and they actually reset the set up of my bank account but still no progress. 

Hope someone can shed light to this concern. Thank you and hope you feel me...since money is not easy to get nowadays.

i am having the exact same problem. i am from south africa and they say my bank returned the deposit to them and i can't even receive my funds

It unlikely this will be fixed anytime as seem to have been going on since April
