I am a New shop selling digital downloads when I buy of other shops I get a prompt to leave a review but my buyers aren’t getting that and even going back a week later can’t leave a review. Is there some sort of issue I don’t know about? Frustrated

Are the buyers checking out as 'guests'? If they don't have an account, they can't leave a review unless they open an account and link the sale to that account.
How do you know they aren't getting that? You have only had 6 sales. Most buyers don't leave feedback. Those prompts are very easy to ignore. There are no issues. don't worry.
I have a big social media following those are the people who have brought and gotten back to me that they can’t leave a review
Guest buyers can't leave reviews unless they make an account and link that guest purchase to that account. The review window opens after your processing time + estimated shipping time had passed. It's then open for 100 days.
I know all that but I also know a couple have etsy accounts so I guess I just live with it
The same thing is happening to me. I’m new too and thought maybe my customers didn’t want to but a few said there isn’t an option like there is with other sellers. Of you find an answer please share. Its definitely holding me back…
I’m fairly new to Etsy. I recently had a customer message me saying they couldn’t leave a review. It must be a glitch or something. Hopefully it’s resolved. Also let me know if you figure out a solution.
My customer is also experiencing an error when trying to leave a review. I hope this gets resolved as being a new shop the reviews mean a lot to us
I just had a customer reach out stating she wants to leave a review but Etsy is stating she has to wait until 4/12...She received her item on 3/31 and today is 4/3. I'm a newer seller as well, but I don't understand why customers would be asked to wait.
@figtreegeneration Everyone is asked to wait because what was happening was people were leaving reviews about item not received TWO days after the purchase! This was ridiculous, of course, so etsy put a wait time on it.
