Customers are unable to make purchases

Etsy froze my shop because they needed my tax information I complied but although it says that it is verified my customers are not able to make purchases!! I'm a 64 year old grandmother who is not very computer savvy can someone out there please help!!!?

You have no payment methods showing on your shop.  sorry, only etsy can help you.  there is nothing for you to do on your computer.

Definitely reply to the Etsy email, but you might be able to get some information from a customer support rep.
