Customers are unable to change the quantity on the listing page. They have to add the items to their carts then change the quantities. Very confusing for them. I have verified this is happening on several of my stores.
It's been this way for a while for items priced more than $20. You have to add the item to the cart AND then you can select the quantity you need. Another change that Etsy made that makes ZERO sense.
