Customer reports the Get5 discount is showing "Expired" on their end when they try to use it. Does anyone have more info about this?
*resolved* I actually found the answer on a different post from you, Chillwolfart. The customer had been trying to apply the code to "Apply Shop Coupon Code" rather than the "Apply Etsy Coupon" field. It was confusing to them so I refunded the $5 out of my pocket
Expired? I thought it didn't end until midnight tonight.
It could be expired in their time zone. I saw a note on my shop a while ago that said I had 3 hours left to use the coupon.
@quiltpanelsforyou Did you see the Note when you click into your Shop? Or in the Shop Manager.
On my Home Page (blue Banner), it says, Ends Sunday June 17, at 11:59 p.m.
The eMail from Etsy said " ... and runs until Sunday 11:59pm US ET."

@TandemElementsShop That was nice of you. I've seen posts where others have said the same (confusing as to where to put the code). It happened to me yesterday with a multiple purchase. The Customer didn't ask for a Discount, or say anything as to why she didn't receive it. So I did the same as you, and refunded her the $5.00.
