I have a customer that contacted me today that is unable to leave ratings/reviews for 3 orders that she place in June and July 2022. All 3 orders have arrived, but are still marked as "In transit".
I see that there are many complaints about this "glitch". This is unacceptable considering how much I am being charged to list and sell my items on this platform.
"In transit" doesn't affect the ability for a buyer to leave a review after the review window opens based on the estimated delivery date.
I'm guessing the July order should still be available for review but depending on when the June order was estimated to arrive then the review window may have closed because it's only open for 100 days.

Did the customer purchase as a "Guest" or with an Etsy account? Guest's cannot leave reviews.
Do you know if they're using the Etsy app? It's possible their app might be old and needs to be updated.
I do know that my customer has an etsy account. I do not know if they are using an app or a computer browser. I have asked, but am irritated that I have to ask at all, when I see that there are already many, many complaints about this problem.
All 3 of the orders are currently within the 100 day window.
I feel your pain and I am also in I think a similar position. All of a sudden, I am not receiving any reviews. One client told me she could leave a review for other vendors from the same time she purchased from me, and there was no place for her to leave a review for me. It is very unusual that I haven't received a review after having consistent reviews previous. I am frustrated and don't know where to turn to for help. Is there no support whatsoever from Etsy? Any suggestions on what to do are extremely appreciated.
The customer is using an iPad and tried to reinstall the app, but gets the same results and is still unable to leave any reviews.
I received yesterday an order and must contact the seller because I was unable to place a review too. So, looks like a glitch in Etsy (and I use also the browser)
Try using the Etsy app, under purchases, to leave a review. The app has worked well for this procedure.
