You can’t call them

You have to go to your dashboard, click on Help, Contact Us and then follow the prompts. Beware there is no number for CS only scammers.

Any numbers online claiming to be for Etsy support are most likely a scam, they got rid of their customer service numbers several years ago now.

You have to use Contact us.  Find a topic appropriate for your question.  THen look for 'I still need help'.  If you want a call give them your phone number.  Sometimes the offer of a call back will appear.  Not always.

Send the email.  THe first reply back will be the standard answer.  Use the 'I still need help' at the bottom to reply back restating issue.  Depending on question, you may need to be persistent. 

Sometimes if you can ask a general question in the forums, we can give some idea of how to approach Etsy with your question.

There are several incorrect responses here. If you want to talk to Etsy support, you can - you can't make a call to them, but you can request a callback from Etsy support:
