It seems the be the latest scam attempt.
Scammers are targeting new shops.
If a buyer has a problem adding items to their cart there is nothing the seller can do about it. Buyers need to contact Etsy support themselves (if it's a genuine issue).
Remember; never click on links in Etsy messages or emails.
Genuine messages from Etsy will appear in the 'From Etsy' folder of your message inbox.
SCAM messages should be reported.
