Customer ordered but im suspended?

Hi everyone I got an order from a customer. Nothing is showing in my orders because Etsy suspended my account? I haven't had any orders since opening my shop and it was saying I needed to be verified well I checked and thats fine and they needed my email. So I send my email to etsy support and now it's saying that that account isn't available anymore? What do I do? I really wish I could call someone to ask what's going on but I haven't been able to find one. Do any of you have any advice? This could mean having my first order through my shop and it means a lot to me.

You don't have any sales showing in your shop. Someone is trying to scam you. Your shop is active. Search the forums for the threads about this scam.

I also just got a message within the last 15 minutes about a suspension. The message was from “SUPPORT TEAM” but it had the option to send them a discount code, so I assumed it’s a scam. I sell digital products so customer already received their order. I’m wondering if you had something similar. They also asked for my email in the message, but I didn’t respond.

Go to your Shop Manager, Messages.  There is a folder labeled "From Etsy".  If the message isn't in that folder, it is NOT really a message from Etsy.  Mark it as spam.

Did someone also tell you that they are trying to order but you have to verify your account?? If so -it’s probably a scam and do not respond to them again. The only emails that you will get are from Etsy in the Etsy emails folders-nothing else with regards to your account.

@KikisLuxuryPressOns: It is NOT an order - real orders will show up on your Orders & Shipping page and your Payments page.

It is a SCAM - if you provided any personal or financial information contact your financial institution immediately. If you provided any log in information you need to change those passwords.

Real messages from Etsy are now going into their own section (labeled as "From Etsy") on your Messages page https://community.etsy.com/t5/Announcements/New-From-Etsy-section-in-Messages/m-p/143722497#M1899 but apparently this is only true when using a browser.

If the advisory when you try to reply is something like "User Name is Invalid" usually that means that the account has been closed (either by the user or by Etsy).

Be sure to mark the message as SPAM so that it does not affect your stats.

Ive learnt always check your inbox under " from Etsy" like someone else recommended. I got a similar one. if not under that it is a scam. I almost got caught and also started a chat about it. Mine said Etsy support and had their logo. they may have taken over your shop Im afraid, if someone said your shop is still open. contact Etsy straight away. good luck

Thank you all so much! Luckily I didn't give any info but went straight to forums and contacting Etsy through their customer/seller support and getting things squared away. Again thank you all!
