I set up my item to be free shipping to US. I just found out that if a new user find my item and check the shipping policies without setting the zipcode on the app, it shows this item does not ship to United States. After setting up the zip in the calculate function, it shows free shipping to the zip code location. This may lead many potential buyer think this item is not available to them. Not sure about the website experience. This bug need to be fixed.
I just looked at your shop and all of your items have a green Free Shipping banner under each item. Sometimes it doesn't show us things that the customers can see. Don't know why.
