I had a customer contact me last night that she was trying to buy an item but kept getting an error message but had selected all she needed to select. Now another customer has contacted me this morning that she also is trying to buy and can't. I know I read something about this in the last couple weeks but why is it still a problem and what can we do if anything? Sales are slow so why would a problem that is blocking people from buying not being fixed? Sounds very bizarre and as seller and stockholder really makes me unhappy.
All you can do is ask them to use a browser to purchase, not the app.
Having a similar problem. Buyer desperately trying to buy but system is crashing halfway through the process. "Houston.....we have a problem"
