Customer not able to open custom listing

I have a customer that's been trying to open her custom listing and it just brings her to a photo of the listing.  I tried creating another listing for her to purchase from, but neither one is working.

Did they get an email with a link to click?

They didn't receive an email.  I'm thinking it's on their end.

I can see your custom listing... the most recent listing in your shop right for 2 burlap banners? and I can add it to my cart as well.

Must be something on their end... they might need to clear their cache or close their browser & go through the process again.

btw, the custom listing tool is a joke. It's best to just do a regular listing... someone else might like the same thing and place an order.

@ThirtySixDesign  You did not make a private custom order - you made a reserved listing because I can see it in your shop.

I did both.  When the private didn't work I created a new listing and put it in my shop.
