Customer left a five star review but it is showing as zero stars

In my “recent activity” this morning it shows a zero star review, with no comment. I messaged the customer and he replied promptly with a screenshot showing he had left a five star review and a nice comment.

is this a current glitch?

For some reason, in my recent activity, it will show no stars if the item is sold out or deactivated. On my end, your latest review is indeed 5 stars.

Its either a one off listing or a deactivated listing happens all the time the review will still show as 5 stars, just shows as zero on the dashboard
