Customer keeps getting a message to leave a review, but system won't allow her to post it.
Below is the message I received from a customer. I have had a couple of other customers have the same problem. Any suggestions?
I’ve been trying to leave a review for this item and every day it tells me I have an item to review. When I click on the items to review, it says I have nothing to review. When I click on this order to leave a review, it always says that I can leave a review the day after whatever the current day is. I just didn’t want you to think that I am just not leaving a review. The review is nothing but positive! Are others having this issue? I haven’t placed another order through Etsy since this order, so I have nothing to compare it with. This is the first time it’s ever happened and I’ve been checking every day for the last couple weeks. Thank you!!! The order was perfect and shipping is always super fast, thank you so much! I’ve even updated my phone and tried to see if there was an update on the Etsy app, but I’m not having any luck! Any suggestions?

I would suggest she contact Etsy directly and tell them about the problem. You can't fix it, only Etsy can. Make sure you thank her profusely for the kind words.
