Hi. I have a customer who is trying to checkout, but keeps getting an error message that says, "Oh oh! There's something not quite right in the URL. Please check for any errors in the address bar and try again."
Anyone else?
Has she had it in her cart for a while? Sometimes removing it from the cart and putting it back in will work. Alternatively ask her to remove it and go to your shop and click on the Buy Now button instead to see if that will work.
