Hi, I have a customer trying to purchase but says she is not able to put the item in her cart. Item is available, she is choosing size and length as required.
Tell her to use a browser, not the app, or a try different browser.
I was able to add one of your items to my cart without any issues for here in France.
Just so you know though you do not have legal policies set up for EU/UK you should do this asap.

You need a 30 day return window, 14 days for them to contact you and 14 days to return. Etsy does not offer a 28 day option hence 30 days.
