Customer can't purchase anything

Hello,

for all our products, customers cannot complete the payment when they want to order the goods in the shopping cart. They get the error message: ‘All payment methods for this shop are temporarily unavailable’. However, Etsy Payments is connected to our shop and the shop is created a few weeks ago now. Can i get help with this issue, because he customer support does not respond.

I tried adding one of your items to my basket. All that came up is "This shop does not deliver to the UK."

Your shop is also not finished, you need to add your location which may be hindering sales. Also note, unless you're making/designing the items you're selling you can't sell them on etsy

Hi, thanks for your response. We don't ship to UK, thats why it came up probably, because in my case, located in Germany, my main issue is shown with these payment issue. I added the location, but still no change. And yes, we are making all products by ourself.

Even if I change my location to Germany, I see the same "No payments available" when I add to cart.  There is something very wrong with your shop - perhaps it's because of what you are re-selling, which doesn't appear to qualify for sale on Etsy.  * Edited

What payment method are you using? When I changed my payment method recently, ETSY was showing that my payment method was integrated, but customers weren't able to buy, until the payment partner completed the paperwork on the backend.

I'm seeing no payment options in your shop. It's usually a sign of two things ...

You need to verify your account. You will have an email from Etsy, possibly a banner on your manager pages telling you what to do. 

Your shop is about to be closed, likely because you are reselling.
