Customer Service Stats Not Displaying Correctly

Hi, I’m having an issue with my Customer Service stats. It says I have no orders, which is incorrect. How can I fix this? Thanks in advance!

Random thought since I'm not exactly clear what you are asking...

Did you recently change your currency perhaps? I think that resets some bits of Star Seller.
