Hi, I’m having an issue with my Customer Service stats. It says I have no orders, which is incorrect. How can I fix this? Thanks in advance!

Did you recently change your currency perhaps? I think that resets some bits of Star Seller.

I do believe there is an issue with the customer service stats still....
This week my message reply stat when from 100% to 92%. I ALWAYS reply to messages within a couple of hours and have not received any messages in five days. On the first day of Sept. my shipping stat rate went completely haywire. It started with 95% dropped to 93 which obviously caused me to lose my star seller status and same day it went back up to 95. Since then, it went back to 94% and now 93%. I am NEVER late of shipping!!!
