Sometime in the last 24-48 hours on Messages via Browser on a PC using Firefox, the sidebar of the order information has been condensed to mostly useless information. It used to display the variation options they picked, the name of the customer. No longer is this information listed here. So when a customer messages you, you have to click multiple times to confirm what their order is. I do a lot of personalization and proofing and this has created a massive nightmare for me because I was able to quickly confirm what size a customer ordered with them, now I have to go through the full order history each time to confirm this. I also cannot see the customers name to address them anymore. So I have been less friendly per say using things like Hello, instead of Hello Fred! Just seems like a step in the wrong direction. Now there is Favorited items there instead which is practically useless information compared to what was there before. Can we please go back to the old system?
