Customer message me that she could not add items to the cart. I reached Etsy help. I have updated the app and phone software is up to date. The rep could add items from the desktop but I guess the mobile version is not working. I’m running ads and people can’t even make purchases. Frustrated!

Not saying that your buyer didn't have issues on their end. Maybe they're using an old version of the app or some other problem. But with the recent flood of scam messages & emails shop owners are receiving, at times it pays to be a bit more cautious.

Your item added to my cart just fine. No problems at all.
Me too. It could be user error or the beginning of a scam.
I am able to add your items into my cart. Tried both my cell phone & on my tablet. Both work for me.
Maybe its a glitch on your buyers end. They might have to contact support to get help.

Having a problem with error of items can't be added to cart can anyone help this happen today 9/20/2024
