Customer Cancelled Order

Hi All, I had a customer cancel her order 2 hrs after she placed it and that’s ok. Etsy have refunded all that should have. My question is, the items that were cancelled haven’t automatically gone back on my shop. Will Etsy do this? Or do I have to re list and have to pay a listing fee again.

You should see your listing fees credited back to your account. But you'll have to go in and move them from sold out to activated.

It would be in your sold out listings and you renew it.

Etsy's system wouldn't understand the true reason for the cancellation so they don't automatically renew the listing. The seller needs to decide whether to relist.

e.g. a seller might have cancelled because they realised the stock was damaged prior to shipping in which case they wouldn't want to relist the item.
