Customer Badge On Time Shipping Tracking

Etsy is stating I'm 75% on on-time shipping & tracking stating I had 3 missed tracking numbers.  In October, I had only one order that was an error in tracking no. so it's not registering the item delivered status.  I had one international which I messaged the customs number to buyer.  There's no 3rd.  Remaining orders had correct tracking and on-time delivery. Is this a tech glitch?

did you download the file? remember that this is a three month period that the stats are based on.

I did download the file.  And I don't see 3 missing tracking numbers.  I'm on chat now with an Etsy support agent.  Thank you for the response.

I see they are stating an order I shipped yesterday has no tracking.  I did originally have an error in the number entered, but I was able to edit it this morning.  Not sure why it's stating no tracking number was provided when there was.  I didn't get any help with customer service on this through chat.

Is the tracking number valid..............

did you cut and paste with no leading or trailing spaces?

are  "0" or "O" done correctly

did you select the correct shipper

was the ship by date yesterday ? - when you edit today, the ship date changes to today

The first time I entered it I left out a couple of numbers.  I was able to edit within 12 hours.  I guess it doesn't take the edited version...?

@PearlGlassesVintage: Star Seller stats (and the CSV file) seem to be updated only once per day so there may be an additional day's delay. Sometimes a tracking number cannot be validated until after the first scan is publicly available - particularly if you have edited the tracking information. An unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.
