Custom Order Listing Problems

I have multiple custom order listings that are sold and I am suddenly not able to view the order details on my own listing. It just says that it is sold out. I need to be able to see the details to process my orders. I have tried ETSY chat which has not responded for days. I am currently having to go through all of the customer messages to recreate the custom order. Anyone else having this problem?

Using my laptop on Google Chrome and Windows. I just tried the ETSY app on Android and that says ""There was a problem loading this listing...."

I'm sorry you're having this issue! Are you able to copy/duplicate the listing without opening it so that you can see the details that way, in the new draft listing?

Are you able to open Etsy on your phone browser? (NOT the app, the browser)

Login to Etsy on your phone browser, go to your shop mnager, then orders. 

Open the order.

Scroll down.  Below the address is an underlined description of the order next to the price breakdown. 

Click on the underlined listing description.  This should open the order in a new window.
