Custom Digital created then refunded/cancelled when showing as Physical item ship

I recently created a custom digital listing in the Etsy APP Messages for my customer.  Then I realized it required shipping info and negatively effected my January Star Seller Progress.  I have quickly refunded/cancelled that order.  I am 100% Digital Only store and my "Shipping" should be 0% as it's always been and not effecting my Star Seller status whatsoever.

When should I see this updated in my Dashboard and January's Star Seller status be once again perfectly on track?

custom private listings created from messages cannot be digital.

"Private listings can not be created for digital items. If you want to offer a custom digital item, consider setting up made-to-order digital listings in your shop."
