Cursor not scrolling and stuck

Is anyone having problem with their cursor not moving the scroll bar? Or their cursor is just not moving or clicking on anything on a page? It's only happening on Etsy. Other pages on the internet are fine. I'm just having this problem on Etsy. Thanks in advance for a reply.

When my mouse was dying it started on Etsy and eventually moved to other sites also. It finally froze entirely so I bought a new mouse

Does it take batteries- took me a minute to figure out mine did when it quit.

that happens to me too.

when i restart my pc.

it works fine again.

you may have a bazillion etsy cookies.

etsy loves cookies.

try clearing them if the restart does not work.

Tturn the mouse onto its back, and blow the fluff off the sensor.
